Wholesome, Raw A2 Guernsey Milk and Cream

 

Due to seasonal variations in quality of forage, differences in whole milk from free range cows may be detected by the connoisseur!

Natural and Fruited Yoghurts

 

All our yoghurt products are heat treated (pasteurised) to denature the proteins.  Our A2 Guernsey milk produces a smooth, creamy textured yoghurt without the need for any additives; such as stabilisers, thickeners or milk powder. 

 

We hand make this yoghurt in small batches, adopting a long, slow fermentation technique, using Streptococcus thermophilus and Lactobacillus delbruekii subsp bulgaricus. 

 

We do not standardise our milk before heat treating, therefore, as with the raw milk, there may be seasonal variations.

Other Fermented Products

 

Our criminally creamy Crème Fraîche (2016 Great Taste Award 2 star) and silky smooth Sour Cream (2018 Great Taste Award 1 star) are as delicious in their natural state as they are in your favourite recipe.

 

Just like all our other products they are handmade in small batches and may have slight seasonal variations.
